Property Management Packages

We offer a variety of different painting packages based on the type of space and the unique needs of that space. When working with residential spaces we offer an exterior package that includes routine maintenance but the interior package is flexible based on occupancy of the space and often includes maintenance based on when a space is vacant rather than on an annual basis. Our commercial building packages are also flexible based on the needs of the exterior of the building and the tenants needs. We have standard packages for property managers but are able to add custom services and schedules when needed. When working alongside property management companies we are striving to create a working relationship that can last years to come.

When working with property managers we also coordinate with HOA’s to ensure colors and materials meet the CC&R requirements.
