No. Our standard preparation includes pressure washing of all surfaces to remove old chalking paint, dirt, grime, buildup of cobwebs, mud wasp nests, and some loose paint.
Care will be taken not to use too high pressure and avoid window and door openings. Older properties with lead paint will be hand-washed.

We typically use Sherwin Williams or Rodda Paints. Our standard is to use higher-quality paints that offer a good balance between quality and cost. We can color-match with other brands if you have a particular color in mind.

We can paint metal, vinyl, stucco, bricks, blocks, cement surfaces, and wood siding.
Metal surfaces like gutters, flashing, and siding need specific preparation by scuff sanding them and applying a high-performance bonding primer.
Vinyl surfaces are similar and need to be properly cleaned before being primed with a good bonding primer. However, when it comes to vinyl, certain colors can cause the surface to heat up and warp the vinyl. Always choose colors safe for vinyl surfaces. We can help with that!
